The Sunnyside PTA is sponsoring a special family night at the North Clackamas Aquatic Center. All the pools, wave pool, dive pool, water slides, kiddie pool, inner tubes, slides and climbing wall included – FREE! The whole family is invited, including younger and older siblings.

This is not a drop-off event. RSVP is required to attend. Adult(s) must accompany children in the pool, locker rooms, and restrooms. The Aquatic Park requires all children under 9 years old to have an adult in the water with them – at least one adult per 3 underage children.

Family changing rooms will be available. it is suggested you get into your suits prior to coming to the event, as there can be a shortage of changing spaces.


  • There must be at least one adult for every 3 children aged 9 and under.
  • Children 48” and taller may ride the red, purple, and yellow slides.
  • Children less than 48” tall may ride the Sammy the Seal slide.
  • Bring your own swimsuit and towel.  Swimsuits are required. Denim, cut-offs or shorts with exposed buttons or zippers are not permitted in the pools.  Light colored T-shirts can be worn in the pool, but must be taken off for your safety if and when riding the slides.
  • If you want to rent a locker, bring a valid driver’s license or $5 (or a credit card) for refundable deposit for a locker key.
  • Rock wall climbers must be between 45lb and 250lbs to climb.
  • Infants and toddlers must wear a swim diaper in the pools. Disposable diapers are not permitted.
  • Only swim goggles are allowed, no masks or fins.
  • The NCAP does not allow outside inflatable flotation devices. Bring your own US Coast Guard Approved life jackets, or borrow one of the 100 life jackets available for use.
